What products does Staghide sell? Staghide offers a wide range of premium handcrafted leather goods including motorcycle vests, biker jackets, men's leather fashion, Western cowboy styles, MMA and boxing equipment (punching bags, gloves, headgear, powerlifting belts), full-grain leather aprons, and vintage leather home décor.
What type of leather do you use? We use 100% full-grain cowhide leather — the highest quality grade available. Full-grain leather retains the natural surface of the hide, making it exceptionally durable, strong, and characterful. It develops a rich patina over time, meaning your Staghide product genuinely improves with age and use.
Are your products handmade? Yes. Every Staghide product is handcrafted by skilled artisans. From cutting and stitching to finishing, each piece is built with hands-on attention to detail — not mass-produced.
Do your products come with reinforced stitching? Absolutely. All Staghide products feature heavy-duty reinforced stitching designed to withstand real-world use — whether that's on the road, in the gym, or on the workshop floor.
Do your boxing bags come filled? Our punching bags are delivered unfilled, giving you full control over the weight and firmness. Fill them with fabric scraps, sandbags, or other suitable materials to suit your training needs.
Custom Vest Personalisation
Can I customise my vest? Yes — customisation is one of Staghide's signature offerings. You can personalise your vest with club patches, embroidery and monograms, name tags and titles, custom back panel designs, and your choice of leather, denim, or perforated material. Hardware preferences (zips, snap buttons) can also be specified.
How do I place a custom order? Contact us directly with your requirements. We'll walk you through the available options, confirm your design, and provide a production timeline before we begin.
How long does a custom order take? Custom orders typically take 3 - 7 days depending on design complexity and our current production schedule. We'll confirm your timeline when you place the order.
Can I make changes to a custom order after confirming? Changes can be requested within 48 hours of confirmation. Once production has begun, we are unable to make modifications — so please review all details carefully before confirming.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — Staghide offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, no minimum required. We believe great leather shouldn't cost extra to deliver.
Which countries do you ship to? We ship globally. Wherever you are in the world, we'll get your order to you.
How long does delivery take? Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Custom orders ship after production is complete, which typically adds 3 - 7 days. You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its journey from our workshop to your door.
Are there customs duties or import taxes? Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you're unsure.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Do you accept exchanges? Yes. If you have an issue with your order or received with defects, we'll arrange an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Can I return a custom or personalised order? Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is a fault with your custom piece, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Who pays for return shipping? Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or arrived with a defect — in which case, we cover it and send a replacement.
How long does a refund take? Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size for a vest or jacket? Each product page includes a detailed size guide with chest, waist, and length measurements. We strongly recommend measuring yourself before ordering, as leather fits differently from standard apparel.
Do your vests run true to size? Our vests are designed for a fitted, structured look typical of motorcycle and biker gear. If you prefer a looser fit or plan to layer underneath, we recommend sizing up. Our team is happy to advise before you order.
What if my order doesn't fit? If your standard (non-custom) order doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days for an exchange in a different size, subject to availability.
Leather Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my Staghide leather product? To keep your leather in top condition: clean gently with a dry or lightly damp cloth, apply a quality leather conditioner every few months to prevent drying and cracking, store away from direct sunlight and heat, and allow wet leather to dry naturally — never use direct heat.
Will the leather soften over time? Yes — this is one of the greatest qualities of full-grain leather. With regular wear and proper care, your Staghide product will soften, mould to your body, and develop a unique patina. The leather only gets better with time.
